Crosscheck is a planning and reminder tool designed for flight crews and frequent travelers.

The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

It is not:
- an operational control system
- a certified aviation tool
- intended for safety-critical decision-making

Use of the App

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

You may not:
- reverse engineer the App
- disrupt or interfere with the App
- use the App for unlawful purposes

Third-Party Content

The App may include content from third parties, including flight and weather data.

We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for it.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store.

We do not process payments directly.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subscriptions and in-app purchases in Crosscheck are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA will prevail for matters related to App Store transactions and subscriptions.

Safety Disclaimer

You assume full responsibility for your use of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the App belong to MainDeck FZ-LLC.

No Affiliation

The App is not affiliated with Apple or any airline or authority.

Use of reCAPTCHA

To protect our website from spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form page.

By using this contact form, you acknowledge that reCAPTCHA is used to verify that submissions are made by a human user. The service may analyse your interaction with the website in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You agree not to misuse the contact form or attempt to bypass any security measures implemented on this website.
